Please weekly to input the days your child will partake in the lunch program.
*THIS IS DUE BY 6PM ON SUNDAY EVENINGS FOR THE WEEK.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
All children enrolled must have a CC Authorization Form on File. Please submit to provide Pizza Love your credit card information and enroll in autobill. This only needs to be done once.
